PAGASA Weather News and Update


PAGASA Weather Update at 4:00 a.m. today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 140 km Southwest of Coron, Palawan (11.2°N, 119.0°E). 

MIMAROPA and Visayas will experience cloudy skies with moderate to occasionally heavy rainshowers and thunderstorms which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. Metro Manila, Central Luzon, Calabarzon, Bicol Region and Mindanao will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of Luzon will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. 

Moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the east to northeast will prevail over Central and Southern Luzon and coming from the northwest to southwest over Visayas. The coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to occasionally rough. Light to moderate winds coming from the east will prevail over Northern Luzon and from the southwest to southeast over mindanao with slight to moderate seas.
